I had thyroid cancer myself (one of two cancers). It wasn&#039;t an easy surgery like they had told me it would be. Surgeons---amazing what some of them consider &quot;easy&quot;... 

Anyway, I just wanted to tell you welcome to this site and keep posting...hopefully some other thyroid cancer survivors will jump on to this conversation.
