Journeys, the 2nd Annual Celebration of Living

Dr. Bernie Siegel Dr. Bernie Siegel gave an inspiring talk about the exceptional cancer patients he has known. "We need to humanize medicine," he said. "It's about more than a clinical diagnosis." Guests were thrilled to have Bernie sign his latest book, "Help Me To Heal".

Eric Rodriquez Also speaking at Journeys, the 2nd Annual Celebration of Living, was Eric Rodriquez. Eric was 15 years old when he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Now 26 and the owner of "Cool Resolution", a web development company, here's what he said about being a teen with cancer. "It was either Sesame St. characters in the children's hospital or 68 year old men with prostate cancer in the adult clinic." "But I'm 15!," he remembers thinking. Can you relate?
